Digital Products

All digital products (PDF planners, digital journals) are available worldwide. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link by email within minutes. No physical shipping is involved. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email within 15 minutes.

Print Products — Romania

We currently ship physical products within Romania. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. 

Print Products — International

We do not currently offer standard international shipping for print products. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact.dioramoon@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
