What’s the difference between your print and digital products?
Our print products are beautifully made, tangible journals or planners you can write in by hand. Our digital products are downloadable files designed for tablets or printing at home — perfect for instant access and eco-conscious organization.
Are your planners dated or undated?
Most Diora Moon planners and journals are undated, giving you the freedom to start anytime and use them at your own pace.
Digital Products
How do I receive my digital products?
Once your purchase is complete, you will be able to access your files directly from the order confirmation page.
Can I re-download my files later?
Yes! Your download link will remain active for future access. We recommend backing up your files to your preferred device or cloud storage.
What format are the digital planners and journals in?
Our digital products are in PDF format, compatible with popular note-taking apps like GoodNotes and Notability.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Our physical products are shipped from Romania.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
• Domestic orders: usually 5–10 business days
• International orders: 10–20 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter to stay updated.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our items are digital, we can’t offer returns or exchanges on digital downloads. For physical items, we accept returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery.
