What’s the difference between your print and digital products?
Our print products journals or planners you can write in by hand. Our digital products are downloadable files designed for tablets.
Are your planners dated or undated?
Most Diora Moon planners and journals are undated, giving you the freedom to start anytime and use them at your own pace.
Digital Products
Can I use the digital planner on multiple devices?
Yes. Once you download your file, you can transfer it to as many of your personal devices as you like. There are no restrictions on personal use. We only ask that you don't share or redistribute the files.
Which apps work with the digital planner?
Our digital planners are in PDF format and work with any app that supports annotated PDFs. On iPad and iPhone, we recommend GoodNotes 5 or Notability for the best experience with hyperlinked tabs. On Android, Xodo and Samsung Notes both work well. You can also open the files on your laptop or desktop in Adobe Acrobat or any standard PDF reader.
How do I receive my digital products?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will see a download link on the order confirmation page. You will also receive an email from Shopify with the same download link — check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. We recommend saving your files to your device or a cloud service like Google Drive or iCloud so you always have access.
Orders & Shipping
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us and we'll look into it.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
• Domestic orders: usually 5–10 business days
• International orders: 10–20 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged once the file has been downloaded, as delivery is instant. If your file is defective or you received the wrong product, please email us and we will resolve it immediately. For physical products, we accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Simply email us with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
My download isn’t working. What should I do?
